I teach at the Utah Bankers' Association Executive Development Program. It does not seem like prudent risk management to do so. The decline from 15,000 to 6,000 tells me we haven't come up with an answer to "why bank with us?". In comes the niche bank, that tends to have the answer for a particular segment.
